Government and Regulations

Government:
The Messianic Hebrews International are governed by a board of Elders, assisted by other members.

1. A General Council of Servants
--responsible for the service and guidance of all local assemblies (where help is needed or requested), and administration of our business operations through regional servants.

2. Regional Council of Servants
---responsible for service and assistance for local assemblies, and administration of our business operations in the region through a council of 3

3. Council of 3 --present in all assemblies---responsible for the teaching, preaching, music, and administration of every local assembly:
Shepherd -- Gabbai -- Chayan

We have a two-fold Spiritual and Business Operations.

Our Spiritual Operations consist in coordinating evangelization, books distribution, information sharing, newsletter, music production, radio broadcast, cooperative advertisement (whereby congregations in the same area pulled together to create one ad), general seminars, missionary works, education, Feast of Booths gathering, and whatever else falls under this category.

Our Business Operations consist in helping to coordinate a Network System of survival for Yahshua's People (whereby we facilitate the finding or transferring of goods from one Community or from members of a Congregation to the next, for commerce or local consumption), helping and providing guidance for business ventures to build a foundation for financial independence, providing an education for freedom. Structure of Local Assemblies
The Gentiles’ churches are organized according to the structure of the western political governments, which they have inherited from Rome. They have a pope, a pastor general, or a bishop at their heads, which lords over the people and disposes of their money as he pleases. These are mercenaries who teach for money. “They have run in the way of Balaam for profit...” (Jude 11) Synagogues are organized in the same way. Their priests or Rabbis are hired servants. In most quarters, those that do the hiring (the board of trustees) do the firing.
If they don’t preach what the people want to hear, and conduct business as the people desire, --usually in accordance with modern social trends--, those mercenaries who teach for money won’t have a job. Synagogues and churches have become social clubs, storehouses of money-hungry machines, dens of political and racial bandwagons. 

We cannot have such heathen, exploitative, and monarchical structure. Our Master Yahshua said, "...it shall not be so among you. Let him who wants to be the leader becomes the servant of all"(Mat.20: 26-28). Yahshua did "not come to be served, but to serve." We therefore serve one another, loving, caring, and helping. Since any organization has different needs to fulfill, there are different positions that are delegated to the care of several brethren based on talent and skills. Those in charge of our operations do not receive honor from men in the form of annual celebration or anniversary parties as is the practice in the Gentile churches. 

Yahshua is our only Head or Chief Pastor. Our main teacher is the Blessed Spirit. We promote a community life  because this is the best way the assembly can be sanctified while living among the heathens. The first Believers did the same after receiving the Yahweh’s Spirit (Acts 2:44). The saints of the first century lived in their own communities. We are commanded to come out of Babylon, so that we do not partake of her sins" (Rev.18: 4). Anyone who is sincerely and truly concerned must want to leave the filthiness of this world, as fast  as he could. We do not make it mandatory for any one to live within the gates of the community; those who deeply prefer the security and comfort of a Community of brothers and sisters enjoy the benefits of Yahshua’s  Way of Life at a higher level. Sooner or later everybody finds that there is no better alternative.

We call no one ‘reverend’. Reverence is to Elohim only. Doctor in Divinity is a pretentious title for those that know not the truth. We promote no one with so-called degrees in theology as a way to boost our image. Ironically, many who are making that claim went to Christian schools of theology, and they find nothing wrong in sending their children there, for what they lust after is a title. What we got on this side is from Elohim. He has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, 1 Cor.1: 26-27.

Our servant leaders are required to work, like everybody else, and not to rely on tithe money to maintain an opulent lifestyle.
