The idea of investing in real estate came from my reading the Scriptures. I noticed that one of the promises made to Abraham and his descendants was the gift of land. Palestine, the land of Canaan, or today Eretz Israel, is a fulfillment of Yah’s word to Abraham. This same promise is made to the saints, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth,” Mat. 5: 5. In Psalms 37, father David wrote, “Those who wait on Yahweh shall inherit the earth, V. 9, ...Those who are blessed by Him shall inherit the earth, but those who are cursed by Him shall be cut off, V. 22... The righteous shall inherit the land and dwell in it forever, V. 29.

Landlordship confers great social status with unmatched level of financial freedom. The significance of owning land is awesome, financially, socially, and politically. One of the things that was done to keep a whole group of people down, right here in America, was to deprive them of the rights to own land. To this day their children remain at the bottom of the socio-economic ladder. Don't let the same thing happen to your children.

From medieval Europe to modern America, the Catholic Church has known and used that secret weapon of possessing the land, effectively. You’d be surprised to learn that many of the great real estate properties in New York belong to the Roman Catholic Church. The Orthodox Judaists have followed the same route, securing their fortune in real state.

Real property (the land, its resources, and improvements) is the surest, safest, and fastest way of saving, maintaining, and increasing wealth.

Yahshua’s People must be wealthy. Wealth is part of the Abrahamic Covenant.

I am not in the business of fleecing the sheep, eating the fatlings by mesmerizing them to get their tithes and offerings, to induce and connive naive believers to give, give, and give, as they do in the mainstream religions to build powerful TV networks and wealthy ministries , where leaders are leading a stress free, easy, and lavish life style, while the people are hardly getting by.

I am not in the business of leading a herd of passive folks who made a poverty vow and feel great about being exploited, generations after generations. Again the main- stream churches already have that noble task and enviable mission of keeping the people singing; but it does not matter how much they are sinking deeper into financial difficulties, as long the pastors have their "Potter House" going.

"Is this not the fast that I have chosen? that you loose the bonds of wicked-ness, cries the prophet?" Is. 58: 6. My call is to set brothers and sisters free from the bondage of poverty, so that it may be easier for them to walk in the Liberty of Mashiach. It is definitely not a good thing to depend on Uncle Sam for retirement. The money will not be there.

So, here we are.

Consider what we stated, before:

In 2005 there were 15 trillion dollars in real estate sales. Out of that huge sum brokers and sales associates earned 75 billions in commissions. There was a huge boom in the Real Estate Market, in the last four years, because the banks and mortgage companies have deliberately allow buyers to inflate purchase prices, immeasurably. (Remember sustained greed). They came up with teaser-ARM rates to facilitate all types of deals. Many families seeing, there, a chance to have a piece of the American dream took advantage of that opportunity. Investors did the same. Many financial and real estate experts sounded the alarm, but nobody listened.

Now in 2006, the results are in; the bubble is bursting up, as predicted. There is, as of September 2006, a 66% rise in foreclosures, nationwide. The State of Florida, which the poor are now evacuating for not being able to afford the cost of housing, has the highest rate of foreclosures, 4 times the national average, with 27% of the 66%, at 1 foreclosure filing every 254 households. 28,000 properties filed for foreclosure in September 2006. Nationwide there is a 12% drop in real estate sales.

The other 4 highest states where the bubble is bursting are:

-- California: 17,000 foreclosures, 1 for every 712 households; an increase of 37% in September.

Michigan is on the increase.

Texas: 9,000 foreclosures; 1 for every 266

Colorado has a 13% increase.

Missouri: 1 for every 1,750 households; over 1,700 in September; 29% increase.

There is now an opportunity for you. Yes, there is. This is a time to buy cheap and sell cheap.

You may want to go on your own, but you need a lot of money. I assume that you do not have such huge capital and the expertise to go with it. We know the way. You can't get lost with us.

When you apply for a job, a J.O.B, they want you to be flexible, to be available anytime, at all time, like you do not have a life of your own. You only get paid enough to keep you alive and force you to come back to toil the next day.

While those on top are well compensated for their time, with all applicable benefits and yearly bonuses, those of you at the bottom receive nothing. You simply have to get by from pay check to pay check. The system is only trying to keep you alive to continue to maintain it the way the powers that be have envisioned it.

You can die trying to set some people free, but they will never abandon their task-masters. Their hearts and minds have accepted their condition as normal. They do not have high dreams. There will always be people like that in the world, just like there will always be someone to scrub and pick up crumbs from there, and another one to eat elegantly at the table.
